This is a scarce sexploitation poster. The film is BLAZER GIRLS (1975). The film starred Rebecca Brooke, Sandra Gartner, Judy Rauch, Kim Schachel, and Claire Waugh. It was released on New Year's Eve, 1975, and was later re-distributed under the somewhat seamier title THE NAUGHTY SCHOOLGIRLS. The poster for that re-release is much more common than is this poster, which seems to mime a bit of the British "naughty" business. Please note that this one-sheet is 28x42, not 27x41 as is the usual case. The film was directed by Jean Paul Scardino. The poster is folded, and clearly had some use in a theater.
