Warner Brothers Original Window Card Poster (14x22) for the Blake Edwards directed classic THE DAYS OF WINE AND ROSES (1963) starring Jack Lemmon and Lee Remick. The subject of alcohol addictions had been addressed before in movies. Famously Ray Milland had starred in THE LOST WEEKEND and the movie had been a sensation. But the impact of alcohol addiction on a couple's relationship had never been touched upon quite like it was, so poignantly, in THE DAYS OF WINE AND ROSES. Jack Lemmon and Lee Remick are terrific as the the couple who lives are completely upended. The film had a great supporting cast including Jack Klugman, Charles Bickford, Jack Albertson and Jennifer Edwards. This window card was used in a theater and shows some minor signs of use.
