MGM Original U.S. Insert Card Poster (14x36), linen-backed, and in very fine condition for the Charles Walters musical adaptation of THE PHILADELPHIA STORY. The film is HIGH SOCIETY (1956), and it stars Frank Sinatra, Bing Crosby, Grace Kelly, Celeste Holm, John Lund, and Louis Armstrong. The script mostly follows the pattern of the earlier film, but with some very nice Cole Porter songs inserted in the narrative. The movie is enlivended enormously by the presence of the great Louis Armstrong. One of the songs, "True Love", won the Oscar for the best song. What a swell party it was!
