U.S. 40x60 poster, rolled. THE MAN WITH THE GOLDEN GUN was the ninth film in the James Bond series and the last film to be directed by Guy Hamilton. There is an overall comic approach, and although Christopher Lee was praised for his handling of the role of the villain Francisco Scaramanga, critics did not take to the overall comic interpretation of the film. The movie stars Roger Moore as Bond and Britt Eckland as the "Bond Girl." This large 40x60 format poster has proven to be scarce over the years. The example came out of Canada and the ratings box has been covered with a piece of tape. There is a water stain on the right side of the poster. In addition, there was a Province of Quebec censor stamp on the poster, which has been removed, but slight evidence of the sticker remains. This is small.
