Returns
MovieArt.com accepts returns with these provisos. Any poster may be returned for any reason provided that it is returned within 15 days of the customer's receipt of the poster, that the poster is returned in the same condition as it was shipped, and that the customer alert us by phone or by email of their intention to return the item. All returns must be sent by common carrier with insurance. If these conditions are met, the poster price will be refunded quickly. MovieArt does not refund out-of-pocket shipping charges for outgoing shipments, except in the case of a mistake on our part. Best practice regarding returns is to contact us about the return, an an exchange may also be an option. MovieArt respects its customers and we expect the same.
