Original Australian Daybill (14x30) for the Mike Newell biographical crime drama, DANCE WITH A STRANGER (1985) starring Miranda Richardson, Rupert Everett, and Ian Holm. Richarson, in her theatrical feature debut, plays Ruth Ellis, an ageing nightclub hostess in Great Britain in the 1950s, who meets and becomes totally obsessed with the upper-class character played by Everett, who can be both charming and destructive. The story ends with his murder, and Ellis is now famous as the last woman to be executed in the UK. This original Australian daybill is folded and in very fine condition.
