Original 20th Century-Fox One Sheet Poster (27x41) for the William F. Claxton crime drama, DESIRE IN THE DUST (1960) starring Raymond Burr, Martha Hyer, Joan Bennett, Ken Scott. This one should be called DESIRE IN THE SWAMP. It takes place in Clinton, Louisiana, and the whole film is peopled with those degenerated and overheated white people that make up The Southern Gothand all tightly controlled by Big Daddy Raymond Burr (of TV's Perry Mason fame). The poster is a theater-used copy with some issues: some fold separations, some small pinholes. Condition is rated as good.
