Original MGM One Sheet Poster (27x41) for the Michael Cimino crime thriller, DESPERATE HOURS (1990) starring Mickey Rourke, Anthony Hopkins, Mimi Rogers, and Lindsay Crouse. The film chronicles an escaped convict on the run from the law who moves into a married couple's home and takes over their lives. Though Cimino had won two Oscars (Best Picture and Best Director) for THE DEER HUNTER (1978), this film was just one more in a string of box office failures in the 1980s that included HEAVEN'S GATE (1980), YEAR OF THE DRAGON (1985), and THE SICILIAN (1987). This original one sheet poster is unfolded and in very fine condition, with some minor edge wear.
