Original Columbia Pictures One-Sheet Poster for the comedy DIVORCE, AMERICAN STYLE (1967). The movie stars Dick Van Dyke, Debbie Reynoldas, Jean Simmons, Jason Robards, Jr., Van Johnson and comedian Shelly Berman. The film is directed by Bud Yorkin. Yorkin was a close associate of Norman Lear, who produced this film, and who would become a major figure in American television. In the sixties he was honing his comic skills by producing exactly the kind of content that would push the envelope on TV a decade later. The subject is, as you might guess, the fun of divorce.
