MGM Original U.S. One-Sheet Poster for the Charles Walters directed fairy-tale romance THE GLASS SLIPPER (1955). The film stars Leslie Caron, Michael Wilding, Keenan Wynn, Estelle Winwood, Elsa Lanchester, Barry Jones, Amanda Blake and Liliane Montevecchi. The Cinderella tale has been told many times on film, but not with a Cinderella more fetching than Leslie Caron. MGM did not skimp on the poster either! Lovely portrait of Caron. It would be another two years or so before the French ballerina and actress would enchant audiences as Collette's Gigi. This poster was used in a theater and we have graded it as fine plus to very fine. The poster was used in a theater in Canada and it has a Province of Quebec censor stamp on it.
