The traffic mentioned is nothing like the traffic one would encounter, say, in Los Angeles on a Friday afternoon. It's different from that. The tag line says it is "All about the sexy fantasies and amourous misadventures of a virginal young male and his Jewish mother...his Italian mobster father, his girl, other girls..." etc. All of this with the animation skills that Bakshi brought to his films in the seventies.
