The film stars Suzanne Pleshette, Ian McShane, Murray Hamilton, Norman Fell, Senta Berger, John Cassavetes, Joan Collins and Vittorio De Sica. That is some cast. The movie was produced by the legendary documentary producer David L. Wolper, and it had a kind of documentary flavor to it. A bunch of goofy American tourists tour Europe. In 1969 most Americans could not afford to visit Europe, and this might be the closest they would get.
