Original 20th Century-Fox One Sheet Poster (27x41) for the Henry King action drama, IN OLD CHICAGO (1937)m starring Tyrone Power, Alice Faye, and Don Ameche. This fictionalized story of the O'Leary family is about the events leading up to and including the great fire of 1871. This prestigious production was one of the top grossing films of it day and was nominated for six Academy Awards including Best Picture. This original one sheet poster is linen-backed and in near mint condition. This copy has a great provenance, once belonging to the legendary singer Mel Torme. There are two styles of this one sheet - one stone litho and one offset litho. This is the stone litho.
