Original United Artists Advance One Sheet Poster (27x41) for the Philip Kaufman science fiction thriller, INVASION OF THE BODY SNATCHERS (1978) starring Donald Sutherland, Brooke Adams, and Jeff Goldblum. This remake of the famous 1956 science fiction classic moves the setting from a small town to the city of San Francisco. But whereas the basic story of aliens taking over the bodies and personalities of friends and neighbors is the same, the story is told at a slower pace as the suspense and paranoia build. Sutherland and Adams give completely believable and nuanced performances, and the direction and cinematography are memorable. This original advance one sheet poster is folded and in fine condition, with minor fold distresses and some foxing.
