Original Touchstone Pictures One Sheet Poster (27x41) for the Steve Miner romantic comedy, MY FATHER THE HERO (1994) starring Gerard Depardieu, Katherine Heigl, and Dalton James. The film chronicles a Frenchman (Depardieu) divorced from his American wife, who decides to take his teenage daughter (Heigl) on vacation with him to the Bahamas. Desperate to appear older and wiser that she really is, his daughter makes up ridiculous stories to impress her new boyfriend-- including saying the older man she is with is her lover. This film is a remake of the French film MON PERE CE HEROS (1991) which also starred Depardieu in the role of the father. This original double-sided one sheet poster is rolled and in very fine condition.
