The film stars Yul Brynner, Kay Kendall, Gregory Ratoff, Geoffrey Toone and Shirley Anne Field. The movie was based on a play by Harry Kurnitz. This was the last film of Kay Kendall, so underrated. She died in 1959 of leukemia before the film was released. It's a British film, somewhat sophisticated and it's modernish tone is reflected in the poster.
