Original Warner Brothers Window Card (14x22) for the Paul Newman romantic drama, RACHEL, RACHEL (1968) starring Joanne Woodward, James Olson, Kate Harrington, and Estelle Parsons. Woodward plays a 35-year-old schoolteacher who has no man in her life and still lives with her mother. When a man from the big city returns and asks her out, Woodward tries to come out of her shell before itÕs too late. This was NewmanÕs debut as a director, and he captures the intense loneliness of Rachel as well as the suffocating atmosphere of living in a small town. The film received four Oscar nominations: Woodward for Best Actress, Parsons for Best Supporting Actress, Best Picture, and Best Screenplay. This original window card is unfolded and in very fine condition.
