This is the story of a small town man whose wife inherits a significant fortune and decides that the whole family is moving to New York City and "make a big splash" so that her sister can snag a rich man. The film is a wonderful satire on many levels, including marrying for money, small town folk going to the "big city," show business, and gamblers.
