Original U.S. One-Sheet Poster (27x41) Rolled Fine Plus Condition

Island Alive Original U.S. One-Sheet Poster for the Nicolas Roeg directed film INSIGNIFICANCE (1985). The movie is a brainy "what-if/alternate-history" movie which posits that four famous people meet in a hotel room in New York. What would they say to one another and how would they say it. The film stars Gary Busey, Michael Emil, Theresa Russell, Will Sampson and Tony Curtis. It's a British film, and it is certainly worth seeing. While not really indicating their names, the four people are characterized as The Ballplayer, The Actress, The Professor and the Senator. Their analogues in the film are meant to be Joe DiMaggio, Marilyn Monroe, Albert Einstein and Joseph McCarthy. On the poster we see Einstein and Monroe sizing each other up! We found six of these in our holdings, and I was happy to find some nice unfolded examples. MovieArt Original Film Posters in Austin, Texas guarantees that this poster is an authentic, vintage poster for this film. MovieArt Austin does not sell reproductions.
