Original Columbia Pictures Scene Lobby Card (11x14) for the Del Lord's musical romantic comedy KANSAS CITY KITTY (1944) starring Joan Davis, Bob Crosby, and Jane Frazee. Polly (Davis) is a humble piano teacher working next door to a music publishing company. The owners knowingly sell Polly the business while it's engaged in a legal battle surrounding the rights to a popular song, "Kansas City Kitty." Fortunately, Polly proves to the courts that all parties involved are rip-off artists and all's well that ends well. Joan Davis achieved greater fame in the fifties as the dizty wife of Jim Backus in the hit TV sitcom, I MARRIED JOAN. Very fine condition.
