Original sample calendar with the famous Tom Kelley photograph of Marilyn Monroe which was entitled "Golden Dreams." Kelley took the series of photographs on May 27, 1949. The photos were featured on a number of different calendars throughout the 1950s. There were two versions of this photograph which were widely used - a nude version and a "modesty" version. Photographs from this series would later appear in the very first issue of Playboy Magazine in 1955, making Monroe the premier centerfold. This original sample calendar is very fine plus condition.
