Jacqueline Susann's potboiler to end all potboilers (up to that time) was made into a big movie starring Patty Duke (Astin), Barbara Parkins, Paul Burke, Sharon Tate, Tony Scotti and Lee Grant. Over the top melodrama fused with sex, drugs and no rock and roll. A top moneymaker of the day, the film has become largely a cult classic. A-list player Susan Hayward makes an appearance as an A-list actress on her way down. This was probably the most-seen performance of actress Sharon Tate, who was later murdered in the Charles Manson family killings. Watch for the scene where Hayward gets her wig ripped off. Embarassing and memorable! The poster was obviously used in a theater -- that gives it some real back-in-the-day street cred. Three sheets were printed in two sections. We have photographed both sections and joined them with photoshop to give an idea of the whole poster. This poster would easily mount to linen and look great. Ask us about poster conservation and restoration. Please note that there is one issue that should be mentioned. There is a small MPAA box which has been blacked out at the bottom right of the poster. This area has some text which states "Suggested for Mature Audiences". The film was made before ratings for movies were adopted. This area could be restored. The poster is folded as the photo clearly depicts. Three sheets are large format posters which are generally printed on two separate sheets. These are joined to present as one large poster.
