Original TriStar Pictures One Sheet Poster (27x41) for the Ted Kotcheff comedy, SWITCHING CHANNELS (1988) starring Kathleen Turner, Burt Reynolds, and Christopher Reeve. This is a remake of the popular Cary Grant and Rosalind Russell comedy, HIS GIRL FRIDAY (1940) but updates the newspaper world to the cable TV world. Sully (Reynolds) is a producer of a cable news network program where Christy (Turner) is his star reporter. But Christy wants to quit the news channel and marry Blaine (Reeve), a sporting goods manufacturer. Sully is unwilling to let her go and tries to sabotage their plans in any way he can.
